「Tiny home was very clean and was as listed. Communication with host Candice was great and efficient.」

「Everything was perfect! The host took care of everything and made the check in process simple. And they provided us with all the essentials. Finding a nice property within walking distance of Sanford Stadium that is reasonably priced is hard to find. I’d definitely stay here again!」

「This place was perfect for our needs!」

「The house was clean and nicely renovated and decorated. Communication with the host was easy and she responded quickly. The house is on a main road but bedrooms are in the back of the house so road noise at night wasn’t bad. Only a few suggestions to improve future stays. There were no washcloths and only 5 towels for 2 people staying 4 nights. If we had access to a washer I could have washed them to reuse. The only other suggestion is a roll of paper towels or napkins in the kitchen.」

「We had a wonderful stay! In the heart of Five Points, the location was excellent—close to everything we wanted while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The property truly had all the comforts of home, and I especially appreciated the amenities that made it easy to work remotely. 「Fran’s home is beautiful, very spacious, tastefully decorated and everything we needed for our stay.」

「Everything was excellent. The biggest impression I’m taking away and looking forward to the next time I book this property was the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Very relaxing and quiet after a long day. Thanks」

「Amazing weekend in Athens! The location of property is perfect, very close to everything. Would definitely stay there again in the future!」

「Perfect spot to go back and forth to campus. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.」

「If you are physically challenged or a senior citizen, this is not for you. You park off the driveway. Then walk across the lawn with a grade, then walk about a 30 yard path on uneven 1’ pavers, careful not to stumble;there is a 6’ drop into the neighbors yard. You are offered to park on the street. During my four days I never noticed any other car parked on the street; worried someone would drive up the rise of the street and then be greeted with my car.」

「Clean house. Good amenities. Close to campus. 」
