Two bedroom two bathroom condo just four miles from Sanford Stadium and downtown! Walking distance to tons of great local restaurants, and close to three grocery stores to stock up on anything you would need!

Upstairs is the soothing master suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. Large walk-in closet has a queen size air-mattress if needed. A 49 inch TV, along with a sitting area, make the upstairs a perfect getaway.

Downstairs is the second bedroom, set up like a hotel with two double beds and direct access to the bathroom. Large closet and TV makes it feel like home.

The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking a great meal, and the dining table has a leaf to comfortably seat up to six people.

Living room has a comfy couch and love seat with another 49in TV, Roku, and Playstation.

We really enjoyed staying here, this space was perfect for our family. Upon walking inside, we felt welcome and the decor is so cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the dining and kitchen areas were spacious and well lit. We really enjoyed the Roku and living room space to relax.

Great place in Athens

Great Stay!

We stayed for one night while visiting with friends in the area but it was great! We loved having two bathrooms and the downstairs bedroom had a huge mirror so my daughter and her friends has plenty of room to get ready. Super simple check in/check out. Definitely recommend!

FANTASTIC FIND!

Absolutely perfect for our needs; the upstairs master with en-siite bathroom and the downstairs bedroom with two double beds and a full bath made it just right for our group! The kitchen was well equipped and we really loved the proximity to campus. Hope to stay here again!

Perfect spot for family visiting UGA

Our daughter graduated from UGA this weekend and we needed a spot for family and friends to use as “base camp” between ceremonies while they were in town. This property was perfect! Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and more.

Wedding Weekend

My family and I stayed here for my niece's wedding. The place was spacious, very clean, and well stocked with amenities such as towels, soaps, detergents, and shampoo. The location is great, being very near to restaurants, 2 grocery stores, and gas station. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The owner answered any questions that we had promptly. I highly recommend!!!

Very nice place

This house is perfect. The layout is amazing, the community is small and quiet. I lived and worked as a Deputy Sheriff in Athens, and this property totally exceeded my thoughts of the area. I now have a grandson and will be booking this property a lot.

Beautiful condo

From start to finish this was a very pleasant experience. Leigh was very responsive to our questions and the check in couldn’t have been easier. The condo is immaculately clean, decorated and easy to spend some time there! I will definitely use this VRBO next time we’re in Athens.

UGA game day

We had a great experience here! We stayed overnight for a UGA football game. We got there at midnight and left at 10:00 am so our stay was short. But the place was super cute and clean. Wish we had more time to enjoy it. Very convenient location to the UGA campus- easy Uber downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for a family

My husband and I rented this property with our two daughters while we attended a dance competition in the Athens Civic Center. House was perfect for what we needed. Great location and well stocked. Close to all the good stuff! Property own was very accommodating as our schedule and stay needs changed due to the competition schedule and she was super helpful and flexible! I highly recommend this house if you have an event in the area.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We came for a high school band event my daughter was in. It was very convenient to downtown and south campus UGA where the event was held. It was in a small quiet community. Clean, stocked with what we needed. Slept 6 without feeling cramped. Loved it. Will stay again in the future if we return. Thanks!

Great location and well set up

We really enjoyed our stay. We just used the downstairs bedroom with two double beds because we are old. The house well very well stocked with essentials like coffee filters, hair dryer etc. Easy check in and quiet area. The only problem was the tub did not drain well so my husband fixed it and left the tool to fix it again if need be. The shower curtain needs to be replaced because of the past drain issue.
