「Beautiful ranch with lots of horses in a casual relaxed setting」

「We were very pleased with our stay. The only complaint I count have was the pillows were not comfortable but everything else was good.」

「Our room size was perfect. Bathroom was way too small. Sink spilled water everywhere. Tub backed up every shower so took showers in over ankle deep water. Room keys never worked. The back stairs were filthy. Could not use key to access to back stairs. We have stayed 4 times and it was never like this. The front desk clerk had to do double duty and breakfast person. They were very nice」

「Thankfully we were only there for 1 night. I had booked a double queen room earlier in the week. Upon entering the room there was 1 bed and a sofa. Online, there were pictures of a lovely pool, exercise room, and 2 queen beds. I questioned why it was only 90.00 for the night, but booked anyways. We never saw a pool and the exercise room had 2 pieces of equipment and a few weights. The parking lots was full of cigarette butts, tons and tons of cigarette butts. 「I was very disappointed with the cleanness of the home. The screened in porch area was not clean it was very dusty and dirty with spider webs, and the fire pit area wasn't clean. The towels in the bathrooms were stained and didn't appear to be fresh. There were tiny bugs in the bathroom corners that we had to sweep up. In the master bathroom on the 1st floor there was a dead wasp on the top window curtain. The home needs a thorough cleaning inside and outside.」

「I was a little worried about the size - 1200 sq ft - for 6 people, but it was really open and provided plenty space. The house was located convenient to get to grocery store and restaurants; but we cooked in and used the grill for the most part. The dock was great for our rental boat and the lake is wonderful.
