Large hotel that’s well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful including the bar/restaurant downstairs. Only real issue was the parking. There is a lot for self park but it is $7 an hour or $30 for overnight parking, which is a bit ridiculous since the hotel is in a rural area just outside of airport and not in the city. Not sure why the need to itemize parking for an additional fee if Westin already charges more for the higher end hotel stays while other hotels that are literally next door don’t.

I booked my room three months in advance for a double bed showed up to the hotel at 4 o’clock and was promised that my room would be ready later. When I showed up after the game not only was my room not available They were out of the double beds and only had kings available. I was told there was nothing they could do. It was what it was and that they don’t know how to hold a reservationI was forced to share a bed with a friend of mine. It’s literally the only thing a hotel has to do is take a reservation and then honor that reservation and that was too much for this particular hotel. I was also told because I booked it on a third-party, but there was nothing they could do to compensate me. I am a Hilton diamond member and have learned my lesson to never stay at a Marriott ever again. This is all after we learned that the parking is not only for the hotel, but fo the entire downtown of Atlanta so there were no parking spots when we got there. So to recap no parking and no ability to honer there room obligations they should stop being a hotel. They’re not good at it.

They need to work on the homeless. Like do not allow anyone on your side of the street. Someone tried to grab my gf bf bag today when I went to get the car. here are police parked everywhere too. I felt safe regardless. But midtown atlanta they ask for money whereas other places they don't. The front desk staff is worthless. The guy at the door is awesome. The bar staff is good on 6th floor. Great outdoor area. Watched football and jump in and out of pool. I liked the room and the bed was great. I wish parking was cheaper. I parked across the street and got a ticket. So they will boot you too make sure to pay but 15 bucks versus 40. Super clean place right in midtown. All I saw were people cleaning. You can walk to four seasons. I'm not complaining but if I had seen that homeless guy there would have been something. I would say that someone needs to be outside all the time because she was standing alone.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel right at home. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated having a great selection to start my mornings. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and a great experience from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again!
