"The staff was amazing but the room we were in reaked dog urine. Also, we were roomed where all the staff room, breakfast room, and maintenance were all right by us. It was so noisy. The saving grace was the staff and the conveniece of the location. "

"I recently stayed at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park to attend my daughter’s graduation, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff was nothing short of exceptional — over-accommodating in the best possible way, anticipating needs before I even asked and making sure this special weekend went off without a hitch. Plenty of wow moments packed into a short stay. A couple of standouts deserve recognition. Sherrele (apologies if I’m butchering the spelling!), the woman who works night audit on Saturdays into Sundays, is truly amazing — the kind of hospitality professional who makes guests feel genuinely cared for, not just checked in. And James at the front desk was equally fantastic. Both of them set the bar for what great service looks like. If Omni leadership reads these reviews, please make sure they know the impact they have. The room itself was a true retreat. Spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculate. The bed was hands-down one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on at a hotel — exactly what you need after an emotional, full day of family events. The location is also tough to beat. Everything I needed was within an easy walk, which made the whole trip seamless. No hunting for parking, no long Ubers — just step outside and you’re there. For a milestone family moment like a graduation, you want a hotel that rises to the occasion. The Omni Centennial Park absolutely did. Highly recommend."

"The check in was wonderful. We knew we'd be early and that a room might not be ready but we had to check in as we had our service dog with us and the event we were going to was about to start. The room we booked was not available but another room type was so the front desk gentleman was kind enough to put us in that one. The room was great and view was absolutely amazing! I will definitely stay here again. Although $60.00 for valet parking was a bit steep for one night."

"We had an emergency hospital visit, and the hotel is a 4 minute drive from the Emory ER. The property sits in a woodland area, so it is a pretty place to stay. The front desk could not have been more helpful with our many requests. The bar and its food were perfect for our needs. This is a very solid hotel that offers most everything a weary traveller could ask for."
