「The cottage was clean and efficient. The patio area with hottub was a plus. Though not fancy, it was comfortable. We liked that it was about halfway between Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park.」

「Quick getaway for family. Cabin was excellent, beds very comfortable, wood floors, 2 br, 2 bath perfect for our group. Nice jacouzi in master br upstairs. Ramp to front door, perfect for our elderly dog. Only thing the kids didn’t like was no internet at the cabin - would have to go to the spa to have internet. Sliding glass door to balcony with chairs was a plus.」

「The property was charming, clean, and easy to access. It made my stay at Fort Fredrick State Park for the Market Fair very cost-effective, with clean, private accommodations to come home to at night. Well worth the price!」

「What a nice, history rich house to stay in. You can tell it has old bones but has been maintained and is full of character. Loved the relaxing setting with the river running around the house. Plenty to explore on the property down by the water and in the woods. Exactly what’s needed for a relaxing get away. Close to town as well for anything needed. Kirsten was a great host. 」

「Beautiful Property, very clean and well maintained. Very well stocked, had everything that you could possibly need. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. Would definitely recommend staying.」
