"Really great hotel with scenic views of the lake behind the city. Service and quality of the hotel is amazing. We didn't try the food there, but saw that Cafe 99 on the 1st floor had a nice looking dinner buffet. Location is near the center of the city, so lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Be prepared for a long ride from the airport to the centre of town 50 km took 3 1/2 hours because of the very very very bad traffic in UB. But the hotel is amazing. The staff were fairly friendly.
