I had a comfortable stay. The bathtub was hot and a hot shower came quickly. There was a good variety of pillows available too. But the karaoke was a little loud. The restaurant was also great with a great view. The staff are also very friendly. Overall I thought it was a very good hotel.

적당한 위치에 길건너편에 동대문 식당, 치킨, 호프, 노래방, 카페등 아주 넓은 건물에 한꺼번에 위치해 있어서 위치가 좋았어요. 편의점도 가깝고..낮에 여행하고 돌아와서 쉴때 도움이 많이 되었어요..호텔은 깔끔한 편이지만 아침 조식이 조금 아쉬워요..호텔 가격에 비해서...아침을 중요하게 생각하시는 분에게는 비추입니다..아주 간단한 기본 음식정도만 있어요.

If you need WiFi, forget this hotel

The hotel was very nice, the buffet breakfast very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, but oh, the WiFi! I haven't had such poor WiFi anywhere else in the world for a decade. As a business traveller, it cost me dearly.

Ulan bator is a crazy city, so you cant expect a hotel like this in a neighborhood like that. the hotel its very very goood, great service, kind people, very helpfull.... the location is like whatever, but ist relative close to the main square, and you have a convinience store very close. internet do not work very good at night.

Ich bin etwas irritiert, da sich meine Erfahrung mit dem Grand Hill Hotel nicht mit den Berichten anderer Reisender decken. Mit meinen beiden Kindern hatte ich auf dem Rückflug von Japan nur eine Übernachtung gebucht. Mir war klar, dass es in der Mongolei andere Qualitätsstandards als in Europa gibt, trotzdem empfand ich den Aufenthalt als unangenehm. Wir hatten einen Pick up Service gebucht, der hervorragend klappte. Was mich am meisten störte war die Umgebung des Hotels. In den Straßen stapelte sich der Müll und direkt neben Gebäude gab es ein großes Neonschild mit der Aufschrift „Striptease“. Der Fahrer erklärte mir, dass das Angrenzende Haus ein „Love-Hotel“ sei. In der Lobby selbst saßen Männergruppen, die uns schweigend taxierten, als wir eintraten. Die Rezeptionistin war kühl aber nicht direkt unfreundlich. Das Gebäude selbst wirkte nicht so elegant wie auf den Fotos, das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Kleinigkeiten wie verschmierte Scheiben, nicht funktionierende Fernbedienung und eine leicht defekte Toilette störten nur ein wenig. Die Irish Pup hatte gutes Essen, die Toiletten auf diesen Stockwerk waren allerdings sehr dreckig. Ich hatte für drei Personen gebucht, es gab allerdings nur zwei sehr schmale Einzelbetten. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen bekamen wir eine Decke für die Couch. Wir hatten Frühstück für drei Personen gebucht, bekamen aber nur Gutscheine für zwei. Ich zahlte auch nicht für ein drittes, da mir der Appetit eh vergangen war.

깨끗하지만 조금더 싸도 될듯~

도심지까지 거리는 조금 있는편이지만 깨끗하다~방이 너무 붙어있고 사이즈가 조금 작아 답답한 느낌도있긴하다.청결도는 좋다.호텔 사이즈에비해 가격은 조금 더 싸도 될듯하다~

We stayed here for 2 nights on a stopover while doing the trans mongolian express. The hotel was just what we needed after being on the train for 2 nights. The room was lovely and clean, and the bathroom had a bath. Rooftop bar with great views over the city. Great breakfast. Launderette and supermarket across the road. Walking distance to all the sites. Friendly and helpful reception staff. And money changing facility at reception. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
