「The room that we had looked nothing like the picture. The bed was one foot away from the air conditioning unit. The room was smaller than indicated. We had a corner room that was at an angle, therefore we lacked proper square footage The bathroom was very small. The toilet was right next to the sink, I bumped my arm several times. There was no soap dish in the tub/ shower had to hold the soap. The rooms were only being cleaned every three days, you had to leave your trash outside of...

「シャワーが出ず、対応してもらえるまで3回フロントに電話等が必要で、最終的に部屋を変えてもらえるまで1時間以上待たなければならなかった。そもそも今日昨日壊れたという感じの故障ではなさそうだった。 変えてもらった部屋は水回りが凄く古い部屋で、シャワーは出たが、翌朝トイレが故障した。 ベッドだけはどちらの部屋もとても清潔だったが、対応が遅くメンテナンスも行き届いておらずがっかりだった。」
