「The room is reasonably clean. Bathroom is also reasonably clean. Just not very good person in charge of the attitude of the evening reception. Also , the elevator to go to the second floor or take on leave becomes upset the alarm.」

They said it would be refunded about 5-10 business days after I leave. I understand that they have to insure that no damage was done to the room, but I wish I had known about the charge in advance.」
