「The hotel was cozy and very new! The only thing is the light bulb was loose and it turned on slightly while I was sleeping which made me scared lol but overall stay was fantastic!」

「Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! Thank you to our host Chris for the timely responses, we had a perfect 4 day adventure!」

「Our second stay at the home. Was everything we expected. The bath towels are very poor as they just didn't dry you off and their is no way to plug the bathtub for taking a bath. We enjoyed the snow and bubbling stream behind the house. 」

「Over all this location and set up worked well for us. The outside needs work for curb appeal - trimming, leaves blown off sidewalks/back porch. Master bedroom missing pull down shades-afternoon sun was hot! Mattresses are very firm. Retro vibe which was fun. Lots of space for gathering. Very clean.」
