「Changed room early on check in date when put pay at motel then said wouldn’t rest to us」

「I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked and prepaid a room for 3 guests through Expedia, but when we arrived, the front desk told us that only 2 people were allowed in the room and demanded an additional charge for the third guest. This policy was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. 「We loved how clean the house was. It was good for staying at for commencement at WIU. Mattresses were comfortable. Shower was nice. Very nice place to stay.」

「Right next to the train tracks. Extremely loud. The neighbors outside had dogs barking non stop. Tv kept losing connection to wifi. Stuff out of the owners control. But the train you cant fix. Cute and comfy but if you cant sleep, then its irrelevant 」

「I have a few notes to make it better! Lighting outside for safety. Storm debris (broken sticks and limbs on the deck made it quite unsafe, and especially in the dark. My Mom is 78, and uses a cane, so that was a bit unsettling. A/C not in East bedroom, and with no drapes, it was an oven. Had to keep both bedroom doors open to share the A/C from West bedroom. No iron, laundry, (because dryer needs repair) No plates or bowls. No pillow cases for large pillows in closet. No trash cans in any room...
