「Everything was perfect. Breakfast was ok.」

「The room was great and the breakfast was pretty good, but I didnt find out the pool was closed until i went to ck in and that is the whole reason i booked this hotel. they couldnt even give a reason why or how long it was down for and this was on july 4 2026 very hot out too! was very frustrated」

「This is one of the few chain hotels close to Nauvoo. After checking in, I decided I would’ve rather driven 3 hours south to get to St. Louis than stay close to Nauvoo at this hotel. It didn’t feel clean. It smelled of bleach and random fragrant smells that differed between rooms. The breakfast looked gross. There was pubic hair all over the floor in the bathroom. I’m not sure why the reviews are favorable. This isn’t much better than a super 8. The female night manager/worker talked so much...

「When we checked at 11:00 pm the TV didn’t work and there was a shortage of bath towels. The next morning we informed the staff and asked that the room be made up. When we returned at 10:30 pm the TV still didn’t work and no towels and the room not made up. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room.
