「We enjoyed our stay at bantr Grand Hotel Wausau. The property and room were clean, and the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious complimentary continental breakfast. My only feedback to the hotel is it the outside of the property needs better lighting, it was really dark in the parking lot. Also inside, a lot of light bulbs needed replacing in stair wells and hallways. Did not take away from...

「You get exactly what you pay for here, and it’s not much. If you’re cheap or poor like me, this is where you want to be. Also, there are a lot of people in and out so if socializing with strangers is your thing you’re in for a treat. There’s a weird guy that sits by the front desk and stares at everyone that comes down the hall but there wasn’t a category to rate him. Every other rating is “okay” but I’d probably rate him as “not okay”. Maybe he’s an undercover security guard. He’s not going to...

He was really helpful, kind and when we told him that we had to check out at 3:30 for an early flight he said that breakfast would not be ready yet but all we had to do was to let the morning guy know that we were leaving for an early flight and he would give us a bagged breakfast. We did and they gave us fruit, muffins, cheese sticks and juices! Oh my gosh! I have never been treated so well! And the rooms...

「Worst hotel I ever stayed at the customer service was terrible and check in i used Expedia to make the reservations and they got all messed up and the hotel said we couldn’t do anything about but charge me double for 1 night so it was close to 400 dollars for 1 night and at like 10:30 housekeeping just thought it was ok to come in the room when check out isn’t until 11am i definitely won’t be staying here again」
