The room was very dirty: heavy dust on the nightstands, what looked like makeup and smudges all over the mirror, something brown on the window curtain which may or may not have been fecal matter. This dirtiness all over the room is the primary reason for the poor score, as it disgusted me and made what was supposed to be a respite night (I was in town caring for a family member with a terminal illness) far less relaxing than it could have been. The lighting in the entryway of the room was nonexistent, and there was no option to turn off the fan in the bathroom when the bathroom light was turned on - the fan was extremely loud and rattly. I was told it was the last room type available with a king bed, and apparently some kind of "suite." What this actually meant was that the only shower was included in a whirlpool tub that was right next to the bed with a shower curtain. There was no one working at the desk when I checked in or left, but there was a QR code to check in with. When I tried to use it, it didn't recognize my Expedia confirmation number and wouldn't let me check in. I pressed the "doorbell" and a very polite staff member checked me in although I was about half an hour early. This was the only staff member I saw or interacted with; he was very nice and professional.

気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Upon arrival we were notified they were replacing the roof and the hot tub was not in working order. When we got to our room there were crumbs on the furniture, beer caps, no toilet paper on the roll or paper cups for coffee or tea and when we turned on the heat the room smelled awful and we couldn’t open the window to clear the air. In the middle of the night our smoke alarm started beeping every minute. After trying to deal with it for a while I went down to the front desk to ask for a battery. After attempting to replace it, I couldn’t figure out how because it doesn’t actually need one. Eventually they came and took the smoke detector down and woke up all of my children from their sleep. During our stay they never replaced it, which I am sure is illegal. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.
