「Visiting UT so it was close to campus. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was the tub shower vs a regular walk in. I didn't ask to change rooms but I bet they would have accomdated me if I had asked. 」

「Mason, front desk, was very pleasant & friendly at arrival. We requested a room with view however this hotel's location does not really have any views other than traffic, parking lots, roads, etc. Female at checkout was also very friendly. Continental breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices to choose from, something for everyone. Rooms were simple, basic but extremely clean. 」

「Unfortunately, no room cleaning for whole period of stay. I asked once, but still no cleaning. Room key stoped working twice. Staff was kind. 」
