「Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments...

「町の中心に位置します。とは言ってもAlmatyは広いのでタクシー（白タク）使うことになります。静かで人も少なく快適に過ごせました。天井も高く気分よく過ごせます。受付スタッフも英語が話せ丁寧に対応してくれましたし、タクシーのための行き先をロシア語で書いてもらったり（現地は英語が通じない）して助かりました」

「This is the second time we stay at this hotel and both times we have been very pleased. A note on transportation: Watch out for guys at the airport trying to sell Taxi service. They will want as much as $60 to take you to the hotel. If you call the hotel when you get there or before hand, then you can get shuttle service for about $17 (3000 Tenge). If you just want to use a cab: Right outside the airport are taxis that are labeled as such. Stay with those. Right as you walk out of baggage...
