"We got to the hotel at the end of a dirt roa, to check in, at around 7:15pm. The main gate was SHUT and there WAS NO ONE THERE.. We asked s couple of neighbors who said the guard had left and they hadn’t seen any guests come there for a while. It was raining and dark, we were stranded in the area which was new to us, went to two different hotels and finally after two hours found somewhere to stay for the night. "We arrived to a warm welcome from the staff. They were caring and attentive throughout our stay. There's not a lot to do after your safari in the surrounding area in terms of shops or stalls. There are however really beautiful rice paddy and lake scenes for anyone who wants to get adventurous on the bikes they provide and the locals are really friendly. The food was delicious. We didn't request anything in particular they just cooked up rice or noodles with chicken one night and the garlic...

"It was extremely difficult to check out. They do not have the facilities for customers to use a credit card. The girl at the front desk is nice but she is over worked; she cooks, cleans, wait tables and acts as thr receptionist too. The room was not ready at 3:30. The owner does not have much understanding about working with Expedia.com. He spoke to me rudely on phone and I do not think he and his staff are properly trained in hotel buisness. It was a mess at the checkout time and they insisted...
