NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE.

We got to the hotel at the end of a dirt roa, to check in, at around 7:15pm. The main gate was SHUT and there WAS NO ONE THERE.. We asked s couple of neighbors who said the guard had left and they hadn’t seen any guests come there for a while. It was raining and dark, we were stranded in the area which was new to us, went to two different hotels and finally after two hours found somewhere to stay for the night. The hotel via hotels.com took full payment at the time of booking.

When we reached the property, the gates were closed, it was dark and desolate. They had no knowledge of my booking and I asked to cancel my booking. I want my money refunded 100%.

Fantastisk service och lugnt o skönt.

Helt fantastiskt bemötande av personal (som pÄ mÄnga stÀllen i Sri Lanka). Vi skulle Äka pÄ safari kl.5 pÄ morgonen och de var uppe o stekte cocos rokis till oss vid 4:30 och packade ihop en matsÀck till oss. StÀllet Àr otroligt lugnt och vÀldigt fint, inte alls som de andra hotellen och home stays vi varit pÄ dÀr trafiken brummat hela natten. DÄ vi inte fick igÄng wi-fi direkt sÄ löste de det Ät oss. Vi fick önska vad vi ville ha till middag sÄ Äkte de och handlade. Middagen var stekt ris med grönsaker och kyckling - kostade 1800 rupees för tvÄ pers sÄ ganska dyrt, men gott! Glass till efterrÀtt - 300rp. Te pÄ rummet 100rp. TÀnk pÄ att det Àr en bit att köra till Yala. Rekommenderas!

Rent hotell med underbar personal

Rent och vÀldigt vÀlskött hotell som ligger en bit utanför Kataragama och grÀnsar mot naturreservatet Yala. Otroligt vÀnlig och hjÀlpsam personal som alltid vÀlkomnade en med vÀlkomstdrink i form fÀrskpressad juice och som sÄg till att packa matsÀck kl 5 pÄ morgonen nÀr man skulle ivÀg pÄ safari.
