「The only thing I was disappointed with was the master bedroom furniture placement. The Queen bed was placed against a wall, not just the head of the bed but also a side. There was no way to get in bed on that side, you have to crawl up from the foot of the bed. I will be more observant in furniture placement when next I reserve [which I will] with them again.」

「This house was everything we needed for our trip to Topeka! A group of us traveled from IL to Topeka to see a friend from high school and her family. Kings Cottage was only 5 mins away from her house and was so convenient for the weekend! The game room in the basement and the man cave in the garage were added features that the kids loved!
