This house is exactly why you love VRBO! This fully remodeled home has four bedrooms and three FULL bathrooms; two of which are large, en suite bathrooms. This house is less than 20 years old with a modern, desirable layout and floor plan. A smart TV is neatly hung without cords in every bedroom, not to mention a large smart TV in each of the two living spaces! Cook a meal in our open kitchen adorned wirh quartz countertops without missing any of the conversation at the dining table or living room entertainment. Our place is fur baby friendly with a fenced in backyard and is also wheelchair compliant with a ramp right up to the door! We offer deep discounts for weekly and monthly stays. Thank you.

The house is warm and lovely. They adjusted our arrival and departure. It was clean, and spacious. We did not feel we were on top of each other. Just some minor improvements that I shared would go along way to enhancing the house to 5 star.

We had an amazing time in this home. It had a perfect location to everything we needed and room for our 2 family groups. Tons of amenities, my FAVORITE is the DOUBLE washer and dryer! Nothing like coming home with clean clothes. The other awesome thing about Christopher and his group, minimal things to do when checking out. I almost felt guilty not having to do the normal list of checkout duties....but not guilty enough to not sleep in since that gave us extra time. Our group spent most of the time in the basement playing games and watching football. They even have a little kitchen to keep drinks refilled and food avaliable. This is definitely the place to stay when you come to Topeka!!

Thank you for a great stay! This house was super clean, very comfortable, and was in a nice neighborhood. We really appreciated the communication from the host. The mattresses were comfortable, and the living room furniture was perfect for a little lounge time between our planned activities. We didn't explore the basement too much, but if we would have had time, I know the games would have been very appreciated. Thank you SO MUCH for a great stay!
