Close to NOTA Arts District, easily accessible. Great communication with property owner. The space was cozy and comfortable - a much better value than a hotel with many more amenities. Great place to stay!

Everything was clean & inviting. I appreciated all the instructions of what to do. I loved having all the little amenities, especially since I forgot my hairdryer! Will stay here anytime I'm in Topeka! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is absolutely comfortable, clean, and spacious. The neighbors are all friendly as well! Megan was amazing at responding to any questions or problems I had. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking in the area!

The apartment was extremely cute and very affordable! We did not have any pets with us but Megan does keep a dog bed, dog toys and dog bowls for any furry companions who may visit.
