This is a stunning property with very professional and friendly staff. There is a beautiful perimeter walk on property, around the golf course and grounds which can include the lake (~1.2-1.5 mile circuit). The food in Palmer’s bar was fine, we liked the chicken supreme quite a bit and the wait staff, especially Derry, was wonderful. This boutique hotel is different than a chain hotel and so worth the money. We stayed for 6 nights and loved our stay. Greatest location for shopping and pubs, very quiet to sleep and the beds and pillows were fantastic. We arrived at 6 am and they had one room ready for us because we had emailed ahead of time that we would Be arriving early. Guest area in lower level was great also. Only problem were the room keys not working very well, frustrating. I would stay again

I've always enjoyed staying in Westport, but this time I liked it even better. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy.

The staff went above and beyond in berthing they did. So friendly and inviting, they even set me up with a Jr suite at the last minute for one extra day! Top notch service. You do not get this kind of service in the states

Excellent service at the front desk, prime location and surprisingly fun interior - it was as if a good, solid hotel hired a designer who said "this place needs more whimsey - what the hell, let's go all out!"

Dinner and breakfast were wonderful. Had a quick over night stay before leaving Ireland. Only 45 min from the airport. Staff were all welcoming and helpful!

The hotel was extremely accommodating. We arrived from a 5 am flight from the states. Check in was not until 3 pm, but they had roms available so they checked us in right away. Every room is a little different and unique. It is a bit of a walk into town but definitely doable. I would highly recommend.

Decor is very dramatic. Nice place, nice staff. Pretty clean, food was good. Nothing bad to say but if you don’t own a Valentino suit, you might not match the furniture.

This property is adorable! Beware: there is no lift, the stairs are narrow and the room is tiny. With that said, we loved it. The rooms are identified by the names of authors, the breakfast is ample and the location offers multiple options for food and drink steps from your door.
