Wow! This hotel is amazing, the location was fantastic as we had a concert at the arena. The reception staff especially Geoffrey (I think that was his name) was amazing. Lots of food nearby, just near a tram stop. Rooms were clean, comfortable and welcoming

The TV in rooms could be bigger. Robes would be nice to use sauna etc We had issues with the shower. It dropped on my head as I was shampooing my hair. No damage. It's a costly stay for basic breakfast. Proper coffee would be nice. Beds are comfy but only one pillow. Two different ones would be great. Preference there for guests
