「Cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Host was there for any questions. Will love to go back」

「The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!」

「The room was clean and comfortable. The shower actually had a shower head that was for tall people, which was good. The motel itself is OK, but the surrounding property is trashy, which is not the motel's fault. It's a safe place to stay and sleep.」

「This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. I have traveled a lot and have suffered a lot of disappointment. As far as accommodations. However, this place was superb beautiful room, hot tub, personally prepared breakfast sitting outside and covered patio area beautiful trees. I definitely will come here again.!」

「The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have had more choices. It definitely was a continental breakfast!」

「Beautiful historical house with private and secure room. Pleasant neighborhood not far from downtown. 」

「As described in photos and very convenient.」

「I can't really comment on the accuracy of property description. There was a problem with the original house, but our host was able to accommodate us with a different house close by. We only stayed one night as a stop over, but she was quick to respond with questions. The house was clean but the yard hadn't been mowed in awhile.」

「The house overall is beautiful and served its purpose for our Fourth of July event with local family. Unfortunately the condition of the house as far as cleanliness put a damper in our short stay vacation. The house was full of flies and two rolls of fly catchers were left in living room windows full or flies- we spent a good chunk of the day swapping flies in the kitchen. The counters and fridge were very dirty and sticky. The fridge had a sticky soda that may have popped inside, the bathroom...

「Winnsboro Lake Retreat was very relaxing. The interior of the house was spotless. Every we needed and more was at our disposal. Beds were comfortable and the view out at the lake was great. We were a little disappointed that the dock was not usable. We were not informed before our stay about this condition and we should have been. We did not swim as the area looked unsafe to be in the water. Overall our stay was very nice.」

「Just an amazing property. Clean, well thought out, and the host is top notch. Cant recommend this one enough」

「Nice location but a little pricey for the area. Host was very responsive.」
