My stay was awesome this hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. The staff is top notch Joe,Leaha the entire staff is awesome. If you are looking for the best no attitudes no worries stay here.

It was right off the highway so it is easy to find. It is close enough to Dallas to get to the events we were going to that we did not have to leave too early. But far enough away to Dallas that we didn't have to deal with the traffic.

Property was under renovation and had new paint and floors, but had to ask for coffees maker, toilet tissue, and towels as there was no housekeeping and room was not really finished.

Dead a crickets and a Bad Bad Smell sounds

When we walked in, there were dead everywhere and the room smelled like they had unloaded entire bottle of Lysol on a smoker room. There was no way I could keep my family in that room overnight. We had to cancel and find another hotel.

Room is dirty. The property is disgusting.staff is rude. I’ve traveled a lot all over this country, and this place is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. In fact I think it’s border line ready for demo. Worst experience ever!
