「Tried getting a hold of staff to let them know I was going to be late arrival could not get a hold of anyone. So I was concerned when I got there if my room was still going to be available. When I got there the room she put me in 315 was not cleaned or ready but she was able to put me in 215 with same accommodations. I was worried of people above but no noise. Prices of rooms the water left in rooms should be free if you ask me. Prices were a little steep. But views were nice.」

「Room was ok for what we needed. Tim at front desk was a cool dude , very friendly. Good view of the lake ,very handy location and value priced. Just there for one night. 」

「Don’t expect much with breakfast like other chain hotels. The food is meager, no hot food offered during the week, except on the Sunday morning we were there, there was a small tray of scrambled eggs and a small tray of some breakfast patties. Come Monday morning, only cold cereals, few slices of bread, and a few apples and mandarin and it was just a few minutes past 8 a.m. 」

「Wasn’t told about additional $25 fee for dog. Was advertised as pet friendly. Man at check in desk was very curt & had no customer skills. Acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. The window sheers were in shreds. A/C sounded like it was going to blow up. Breakfast was very poor. Greasy sausage, tasteless powdered eggs! Needless to say, we won’t be staying at this place again.」

「Staff was amazing. It is clear the staff is keeping this older property in repair. There are signs of work being performed, which i take as a good sign. I caught the end of breakfast, so it is unfair to the staff to evaluate a buffet as they close it. The air condition was great.」

「The whole experience was excellent. We didn't eat breakfast. Parking was easy and the parking lot was well lit. Staff was excellent~!」

「The air conditioner didn't work took the 3 days to move me to another room after the manager lied and said there was no open rooms , cause his employer said there was... I do not recommend at all, they should be a negative Star honestly....」

「Only complaint would be the breakfast! Not much offered but other than that great stay and nice staff and would stay again! 」

「Super clean, plenty of room, beautiful, bed was like sleeping on a cloud, keyless access was easy.」

「It’s a beautiful building and property right on the lake. I would stay here again.」
