「My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.」

「Check in support by staff was excellent. Thanks!」

「When I entered in a room allocated, many items in the room were broken or missing. The door of a closet was broken. A window shade was always half-closed and could not be moved which made a room very dark even in the daytime. One of the bed lights did not work. There was no shower curtain which caused a bathroom entirely soaked every time the shower was used. I asked a managing company to fix and prepare these items immediately or to provide another solution. The company answered that it had...

「The price is very suitable for me, the manager is very helpful, I am very grateful. It's just that the transportation is not very convenient. 」

「Fully equipped apartment. Great choice in Zurich.」

「The location of the building was close to the tram stop and the area was nice overall. However when we got there, there was some bugs in the room so we had to kill them before we went to sleep and the place was old overall which is fine but it wasn’t super clean.」
