The unit we stayed in still needs a few final touch ups eg mirrors, BUT place is being renovated so one can understand- think it is going to be breathtaking once construction us fully finished. 「We had a terrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like it does o the site. It’s completely run down. The hospitality is poor. Uncomfortable beds. The rooms and toilets are dirty. The fridge looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, there were dead cockroaches in the fridge. 「部屋も綺麗で従業員はとてもフレンドリーです。レストラン、特に朝食時は非常に素晴らしい見晴らしです。庭園もよく手入れをされていました。」

「私達は、このホテルですばらしい体験をしました。それはホテルに泊まった翌朝、さあ出発と言う段になって、車のエンジンがかからないという災難に見舞われた時の事です。入れ替わり立ち代りホテルスタッフが手伝ってくれましたがエンジンは全くかからず、ホテルの主人一家も出てきて、日曜にも拘わらずホテルのエンジニアを呼んでくれました。　その結果、燃料のディーゼルがエンジンに供給されておらず、すぐに直らない状態であることが判明し、仕方なく、車を置いて修理を頼み、レンタカーで隣国モザンビークへ帰ることにしました。　しかし、借りた車をモザンビークで返却することのできる2国間サービスがあるレンタカーがすぐ手配できませんでした。その時、それまで辛抱強く私達に付き合ってくれたホテルの主人が、困り果てている私達に運転手をつけてホテルの車を出して国境まで送ろうと言ってくれたのです！　そして　「車のレンタル料は？」　「運転手代は？」　「ガソリン代は？」と聞く私達に、主人は「要らないよ。」　「要らない、要らない。」、“It’s my...

「良かった点・首都ムババネ中心部にかなり近い・スタッフは皆さん親切・併設のレストランは美味しいしリーズナブル・静かで快適な夜悪かった点・虫が多い（しょっちゅう部屋に侵入してくる）・理由はわからないが時々停電する（数分で復旧）・無料Wi-Fiサービスを提供しているが、電波が弱く通信速度が著しく遅い全体的には5段階評価で4です。」

「The place is clean with a nice mattress and linens. The only drawback was that the WiFi was turned off around 9PM the first night of arrival. I’ve never stayed anywhere that shut off or limit WiFi usage to guests. No WiFi also meant no TV so we were pretty much forced to go to sleep. That was a bit difficult for us as we wanted to communicate with family in another time zone and had not had the chance to purchase a local SIM card for airtime or data. 「Endroit magnifique, tout en végétation luxuriante et cascade. Personnel avenant, bon repas du soir au coin du feu de cheminée. Le chemin d'accès est un peu chaotique pour une petite voiture mais ça passe. Je recommande sans réserve. 」
