「The rooms are cleaned very late. Sometimes the room was being cleaned by 3pm. The air conditioning in the laundry room doesn't work」

The fridge looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, there were dead cockroaches in the fridge. Instead of apologising the receptionist made excuses about how the pictures on the site are old pictures and that the place is being renovated, when we asked her why the misrepresentation because if there were accurate...
