「基本的には田舎町ですから、周辺の施設には期待してはいませんでした。 ですが近くにWalmartがあり、食料品やお土産などの買い物は十分に行えました。 部屋も広く使い易かったのですが、ルームクリーニングが夕方だったので、部屋に 入れない時間が長く不便でした。 朝食はシェフが作ってくれるのですが、私はバイキング形式の方が好きです。」

Guess what, I am telling all my workmates and staffs about the wonderful services and location of the property. Sooner or later, we are coming right back. Oh wait, I almost forgot the price is so affordable...」

「全般的には利用しやすいホテルだと思います。レストランなどへのアクセスもいいですし、ホテルの設備やスタッフの対応もしっかりしています。ただ、特筆するほど良い点があるわけではないのと、個人的な感じ方かもしれませんが、室内が加齢臭のような匂いで閉口しました。」

「Wasn’t super impressed for what I paid. Room was dusty and not the cleanest. Never seen a house keeper.」

「Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly...

「let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much.....

「Hotel appearance filthy. Felt very unsafe there. Literally laid towels on room floor instead of being barefoot on carpet. Smelled pot in hallway as I was walking to room. Outer doors were propped open with rocks. Holes in hallway walls. Outside stairs were overgrown with tree branches hanging over and unsafe. Steps to outside entrance needed swept. All in all I would never recommend staying at this hotel.」

「Great communication! Waverly, is efficient , kind, and compassionate.The heat went out and she replied immediately and had it fixed! While we waited for the repair the fireplace was cut on and space heaters were set up. The issues was resolved within 2hours. This is my second visit and my favorite place to stay when I visit!」

「We enjoyed our long weekend stay. The location was perfect for what we needed. With 4 young adults with us the mall was perfect. Beautiful views. The bedrooms were nice, comfy beds. It does sleep a lot of people comfortably however the one bathroom was a challenge with 6 people. The layout of the house is different there isn’t a main room to hang out in.
