"We had booked a king size bed but the first room she put us into was a handicap room. We didn't want a handicap room. The second room was located that all you heard was highway noise. Even though the hotel was not even one third full, she would not put us in another room. Said these were the four rooms allotted to hotel.com and she couldn't change us into another. room. We finally went to the handicap room buttery upset. The next day upon check out the manager apologized for the girl not accommodating us. Said he would train her better. BEWARE"

"Breakfast was not included. Hotel was centrally located within access to restaurants. The room was nicely appointed yes and I especially liked the duvet. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Winchester."

I stayed for 3 nights didn’t have the do no disturb flyer on the door and they never came in to make the bed or to change towels or even take away trash….. had 2 different rooms first room had bugs everywhere…. And third room was a little decent but I wasn’t happy won’t be returning "
