「The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The only reason I scored this location a 4 was because breakfast wasn't served until 7:30 a.m. (and we needed to be on the road then). During the week, it begins at 6 a.m. It's not that big of a deal - just something to consider as breakfast is a part of the room cost.」

「Two of the lights in my room didn’t work, so I got behind the nightstand to check if it was plugged in - only to find that everything behind the night stand was coated in dust & crumbs. (Also - it was plugged in, just not working) There was rust visible on the doorframe of the bathroom (it appeared to have been painted over several times) and water damage on the ceiling tiles. The room was musty upon entry.」

「The hotel was super gross. The smell was smoke/old throughout the room. There were spots in the room seats such as the recliner, walls, and the desk chair was so warn. The carpet was very run down and felt gross to even walk on. The bed was awful and woke up with a back pain. I strongly suggest NOT to stay here.」

「The house was in a great location and exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. We were especially grateful for the keurig coffee that was there for our enjoyment. Our host was easy to communicate with and checking out was a breeze. I would definitely stay again if I were to return to Cedar Falls.」

「Tile floor was dirty our feet were dirty from walking on it. Bathtub had a big bug in it and a clot of hair sticking to the side. Unfinished backsplash by bathroom sink and light fixture in bathroom did not have a cover on it. On the plus side bed was comfy.」
