I enjoyed the quiet traffic around the area for walking and running and well maintained landscaping. Rooms and property was very clean and well maintained. Service was kind and professional.

The room was just OK. I guess the thing that bothered me the most was the elevator sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t the front fireplace sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t the hot tub was down and they said it had been down for a long time the owners of this hotel do not care about maintenance. The staff seemed great but I would not stay here again.

Our bed was in terrible condition, it was unbalanced and extremely broken in and made loud noises anytime we moved our body. Walls were paper thin and could hear every foot step outside of our room and above it.

We had to change our reservation the week before our stay due to a rescheduled women's basketball game. We were still able to stay at Hilton Garden Inn but not in the same type of room, two queen beds. Instead our room was a handicap accessible room which was very spacious. My only complaints are that there was not a shower curtain which made for a wet mess after a shower. Not sure how to use the shower without water spraying out of the shower. The room appeared and felt clean, although, when my husband was taking our extra beverages out of the mini fridge in the morning we discovered a container of uneaten ice cream and a container which appeared to be ice cream topping. Not sure how many guests stayed or if it was the previous guest that left it.

When I went to check in, I had to wait a couple minutes for the front desk to come from the back room. We Parker’s the car and almost fell on the ice that completely covered the parking lot. We got to our room and I went back outside to move our car closer to our room and again, parking lot was completely covered with ice. In our room, there was a constant swooshing sound. Possibly because we were right in front of the swimming pool? We left to go eat supper and the parking both my daughter and I almost fell any the ice walking out to the car. When we went back, my daughter showered but had to wait a couple minutes for the water to warm up. She used the toilet and had to reattach the flush lever. In the end, the swooshing sound ended up being a good “white noise” while sleeping. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are plenty others around the area.

The outdoor seating area was marvelous. They were hosting 2-3 large events, the parking lots were overflowing in front but there was disabled parking close enough at a back door. Despite the large parties it was quiet and nice. The parties were held on the opposite side of the hotel. I was impressed.

Facility was very nice, we loved the patio area and fire pits. But the beds are TERRIBLE. They are very hard, both my husband and I woke up with sore backs both mornings we stayed there. Also, our thermostat would not go lower than 70 degrees, although we tried to set it lower while we were sleeping. It was not hot outside while we stayed, either, so I know that was not a factor.
