「Most things were broken and the hosts were near unreachable. Good idea to splurge on something better. 」

「Very nice, cool, clean with a good location. A little awkward getting in the house due to parking and the steps in would not be good for elderly or handicapped. Very sparse on kitchen equipment-bare minimum. But all in all the beds were nice and shower great.」

「Thank you! It was great. We’ll be back. 」

「Thank you for sharing your house with us. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Our stay at this property was terrible. The first thing we noticed was that the picture posted on the VRBO site for the unit we rented for 2 nights is not at all the same unit we had. We were certainly deceived to find that the owners were posting pictures of a beautiful unit to only give you a unit that is a complete dump! The room smelled of smoke. We killed two spiders in the bathtub and found a web of spiders above the TV and on the floor baseboards. The bathroom floor had been painted...

「For the price it worked out very nice. Large room with fridge microwave toaster and coffee maker. Extra bonus they had a Tesla charger out back I could charge with. Gated parking was nice and the rooms had easy access with coded lock.Jack was a good communicator With all that though, even though they had strict warnings against smoking and a large fine attached if caught, the room still smelled like strong smoke, which I couldn't get past. 」

「Very walkable to go out for dinner and drinks. A little loud below on the street until late but it didn’t bother us. We have family that just moved to town so we will definitely stay there again.」

「I absolutely love staying here! Every time I visit cedar falls this is the place I choose. Back the host is amazing with meeting needs and communication. It’s just a 1 -2 minute walk to downtown, literally just down a short alley. Housekeeping was attentive to needs. Huge shout out all the way around! 」

「Clean room, no problem checking in and really enjoyed location. Nice not dealing with craziness of hotel happening!」

「The owner was very responsive but the room needs some attention, burnt out lightbulbs, pilly bedding, damaged chair, and the smoke smell was strong.」

「The place was nice but only had one towel. The sheets were not clean. The floor was dusty an I smelled like cigarettes. I texted the host twice and they never responded 」

「Loved this place - convenient if needing to be in Cedar Falls or Waterloo!! Very clean & comfortable. Will rebook to stay again!!」
