「I dont like leaving negative reviews but we booked this for an unexpected trip to Greenville when other hotels were booked. Lobby stays locked, you have to call someone from outside to open it. Walked in the room, took one look amd smell and walked bacl out. There was almond on the floor right as we walked on... bathtub had shaving cream on it.. bathing towels were basicslly hand towels. Room smelled of must and old cigarette smoke.. Its a great location.. but that os the only good thing. ...

「Staff was super friendly. Some of the furniture was dirty, could use a cleaning. Breakfast was convenient, however coffee maker would make watered down coffee. AC was great. 」

「Could not access the property for three days. Was not able to connect with the local property manager or with Virgo. Had to find other accommodations. When I finally got the code the lock box wouldn’t open at first until several attempts. Will not use this service again. The worst!」

「We just finished a three night stay at the cabin. It was perfect for our visit. We really liked the area as it was convenient both to Greeneville and the mountains. We made a hike to Max Patch in the snow and explored the Martha Sundquist State Forest.The kitchen was reasonably equipped with pots and pans, sharp knives, cutting boards, and an electric range. 「Pots,pans, utensils, plates, glasses, toaster, coffee pot, yes the basics are there. Grill outside, small air fryer, the refrigerator has filtered water. Large French style doors on fridge for storage bottom freezer door and a dishwasher. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels. Bedrooms are spacious and have extra bedding. There is a washer and dryer on site. Detergent is provided. I brought my own. Do follow the instructions provided by the owner as they do know the machines and...
