「Front desk was friendly ,inadequate lighting in room, towels were worn thin,carpet was buckling, air conditioning was extremely loud」

「First at check in You have to use telephone to even check in, the lady was rude. Guess what, no ice or washing facilities. The room was really thread bare, and just rough. I booked for 2 days, however decided to leave in the afternoon before the second night. I saw a roach, I was done. locked lobby, no way in. So I left, couldn't properly check out. This place is a dump. Pay $40 more, stay at the quality inn.」

「Not very clean. Worn carpet, sink drained slowly, toilet didnt flush very well. Lights in bathroom and hallway went out and the woman at the front desk had to reset the breaker. Bed and pillow were uncomfortable.」

「Parking sucked due to having other fuests that had big vehicles. Another iss is room service, they showed up early morning before we got up and never came back. We had to go ask for towels. 」

「The place was perfect with a great host. I was a relaxing view and peaceful place to take a break and visit with friends who lost everything in Helene last year. Greenville is a Historic town as is the State of Franklin area. This was the perfect place for us and had everything you would need for a weeks stay. We hope to be back again.」

The location was convenient and made it easy to get around Greenville and the surrounding area. It was a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day, and we would definitely stay again!」

「Pots,pans, utensils, plates, glasses, toaster, coffee pot, yes the basics are there. Grill outside, small air fryer, the refrigerator has filtered water. Large French style doors on fridge for storage bottom freezer door and a dishwasher. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels. Bedrooms are spacious and have extra bedding. There is a washer and dryer on site. Detergent is provided. I brought my own. Do follow the instructions provided by the owner as they do know the machines and...
