Elizabeth deserves a raise! She is the absolute best employee I have ever interacted with. Tammy was also awesome! My only issue I had was the noise from the floor above me but I called the desk and they addressed it. Overall it was a great stay and will be back if I will be out that way again!!

The property is very nice, the beds are very comfortable and the staff was amazing. But i really wish the dog rooms were in an area with the rest of the dog rooms instead of scattered, getting woke up at 630 by a dog barking and howling both mornings made the stay aggervating.

The employees were fabulous but no coffee maker in the rooms, you need to bring your own dishes, pots, pans etc. The outlets in our room 305 did no work consistently. Very new & nice but Bare Bones as to what they provide. We had 2 towels & 2 face cloths nothing else.

Picked it because of the pictures kitchen with cook top. Turns out you have to spend a not small amount extra to get a pan to use on that cooker. To be fair the description said they had kitchens in the room. It didn’t say you could use said kitchen. It also didn’t say dishes and pans required a rental fee. Felt kinda nickel and dimey for a room that cost so much! Also no ice maker in the hotel.

Hotel staff were nice and room was clean. Please note they do not provide some amenities like a regular hotel such as coffee pot in room, hand towels (only provide washcloths and bath towels), and room service. They do have a small kitchen area but dishes and cookware have to be rented from the front desk.

Two night stay.

Clean and comfortable room. Hotel is new, only open 7 weeks. Convenient storage cubs for clothing and personal items. Excellent climate control. Full size refrigerator. Nice microwave. Did not use two burner stove. Only minor inconvenience was lack of facial tissues.

No kitchen equipment in the room. They have a stove top, kitchen sink, microwave etc but no silverware,pots or anything. Thinnnnnnnnnnnn. Walls and lots of pot smoking from the parking lot to the halls.

But it was the hotel was new and fairly clean. However, they advertise themselves as a hotel, but do not have any of the normal amenities that an apartment suite Hotel should have. Not even an ice cube tray. The front desk was not terribly helpful and pretty stingy about what they would give out in terms of towels or ice cube trays or anything. No hairdryer in the room, nothing. For that reason, it was not a really pleasant stay.

Don’t expect much

Check in was ok. The front desk at checkout was very nice and informative. We discovered ice machine is not an option. Ok we went and bought ice. WiFi you are allowed 2 devices. Ok no problem ( I had 3 but ok ) well I guess it didn’t matter because it wasn’t connecting most of the time. Beds were ok but sheets were Not soft. We were woke up by a fire alarm. Someone had a small fire in their room ( extended stay they have stove tops) not the greatest for a heart patient. I went to wash my face and there was a black hair in my wash cloth. I used a different one. Went into the shower pulled the curtain to see 2 old stiff washcloths on top of curtain. I’m showering and slipped, luckily there was a shower bar to grab onto. It’s a new hotel. It’s been open 8 weeks. The only good thing is an amazing coffee dispenser with latte, espresso and many other options. So no frills no ice, No breakfast hardly any WiFi stiff and sheets. Pro: the young girl at checkout was great. Excellent coffee machine nice looking room
