「We showed up and the room was not ready or cleaned. It looked like someone had just left. We reached out over and over to the staff and they kept making promises they did not keep. I was even hung up on. Overall this was the worst experience of my life with this type of stay, which was not cool seeing as the entire Holiday weekend stay was setup as a surprise/gift for my wife’s birthday! Surprise honey we get to stay in a dirty room and get treated like we are the problem with horrible customer...

「This was a beautiful property with a lot of room. We had a great time. The only bummer for the grandkids was the park and bball court was roped off. Short walk the beach tho and all was well❤️❤️💙 Thank you!」

「The house was great - cute and spacious! It had everything we needed, including extra blankets, and towels for the hot tub. The hot tub has Bluetooth speakers and cute outdoor lighting, and that was a fun surprise. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The area also has a bakery and a grill restaurant, and we found things to enjoy from both! Will definitely stay in this community again. 」

「Did not state when booking that there was a steep stairway to get to the bedrooms. There was hardly any lighting from the street or property to locate it. There were not enough towels for 4 people for a 2 day stay. There was not enough coffee or creamer for a 2 day stay. We killed 5 rather large spiders inside the unit.」

「This property allowed our family to reconnect. It gave all of us opportunities to do things on our own as well as with a big group. The games in the garage were a HUGE hit and the close, easy access to the beach was great (and not crowded!). I highly recommend this property.」

「The house was wonderful - clean, great location, dog friendly, and walkable to the beach. However, when we arrived there was absolutely no toilet paper and no bath towels. I requested them three different ways - two different phone numbers and via text - and was assured we'd received them. We didn't receive them during our stay. This was a major disappointment as everything else about the stay was stellar.」
