「I was overall really impressed my renovated room. The fixtures and furniture felt solid in quality and the work seemed well done. 」

「Ample parking, good kitchen w/ amenities. Staff was very accommodating willing to help right away. Beds were a little rough and the pillows weren't the best. There was a draft coming from under the room door.」

「Employees should know and enforce the hot tub rules because hot tubs can be extremely dangerous for young toddlers 」

「The view from the room was amazing. But unfortunately, the noise from the next room was so loud that you could hear not only the TV but also the conversation. If you are sensitive to noise, I don't recommend this hotel.」

「Nice resort with many amenities. The pool and hot tub were closed. They had a big fire pit that was well stocked with wood. The game room was fun. Easy trail to the beach. Maybe 5 minute walk. There is a convenient store about 1.5 miles away. The room was well equiped with a kitchen and fulll size refrigerator. The only downside was the beds are upstairs via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the lower level. Midnight bathroom trips are interesting. I would stay there again. 」

「To be honest, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Somehow the booking got messed up and we got moved to another room. I asked if there was going to be additonal charges for that and I was told no. The second morning, they tried charging my card twice yet no one in the office could tell me why it was happening. Then they tried to charge me again that night over double the first attempted charges. Even left a voicemail saying that we didnt pay so we had to leave. The next morning,...
