「I booked online & did not know the different room configurations available. The friendly Hostess upgraded our room, so it was inside the main building and opened directly onto the pool patio. Our bed was very comfortable, and the shower maintained great water temperature and pressure. An even bigger bonus = the shower drained well. Our room was clean! 」

「I don't know if this is a new Hampton Inn or recently renovated; however, it looked and felt new - immaculately kept. 」

「Well, our room reservation said we reserved a 2, queen bed room. I could almost bet they were doubles instead.. The room wasn't clean. The chair in the room was gross, wouldn't let my kids sit in it. There was a gross dirty streak of some sort across our carpet. And you could feel the springs in the mattress... all... night... The breakfast was average. Really good. The electrical plugs in the room were worn out. Our phone chargers would fall out. Or you had to move them and plug them in just...

「Everything was good except for the check in. We had to wait at least 10 mins for the desk clerk to come around the corner and get us checked in. The 2nd shift desk clerk who was waiting for his shift to start went back to get her to help us.」

「The room had a bad muscky odor.」
