"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"Ideal place to stay as a couple. 5 minute walk from U bahn station which made getting about very easy. Also only a 20 minute walk to the zoo area. The room was all fine and comfy. The bar downstairs is good, mid range price for drinks but very tasty. "
