「85歳の母を連れて6人で利用しました。 事前メールでの入室案内や、駐車場の地図などもあり当日もスムーズに入室出来ました。部屋も綺麗で使いやすく壺庭を見ながらのお風呂は露天風呂気分で気持ち良かったです。自転車も2台自由に使えるのも良かったです。今回は大阪からの近場旅行でしたが、町屋でゆっくり出来て皆満足でした。」

「Loved it, felt like a real local. Washer was a plus and included detergent! Fast responses and overall a great stay :) 9.8/10 a little bit dusty specifically the top of air conditioner but hey, it’s an older place, it was expected and part of the vibe. Recommend if you want to stay in a more traditional place hence the name of the place. 」

「Excellent home stay experience. Definitely best to stay for 2 nights so you can explore go to the fish market and make traditional food with Hideo the host. Rent a car for ease of transfer there or book it in with the host for his tours. Great remote location nice to experience authentic Japan. Very comfortable sleep on the traditional beds. 」

「Our crew enjoyed a delightful time in the Kyoto farmhouse. The hosts were most accommodating, Hideo-San is a man of many talents, and his wife is compassionate and very kind. The house itself had the necessary items for cooking and living comfortably. There is a very sweet café, which features kitties and delicious food just a few footsteps away. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world again, we will certainly reach out and reconnect with these sweet landlords. 」
