「Lighting in half the room didn’t work. Coffee wasn’t available until breakfast started. Staff was nice. Parking easy. Some stains on the towels」

「The Staff of the motel hardly spoke English at all and refused to accept the expedia prepayment as they say they never end up getting paid by Expedia. If I wanted to stay I had to pay them again, I refused and booked another motel down the street. Despite this, Expedia refused to refund my money and basically threw the whole thing back in my lap. I will never use Expedia again nor stay at this place in Havana. Instead, dear traveler, book the RED LION Motel in Havana, much better place,...

「Confusing or conflicting instructions in advance of arrival, entry code incorrect during late evening check in, but most notably bug infestation affecting most all rooms including bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen. We did not stay on the property upon keying in a seeing the infestation or hundreds of bugs. 」

「Unfortunately, the expectation were not met. The home was not clean and not maintained well. It is spacious but not what we had hoped.」
