「Great hotel to stay if you are in Mannheim, Germany area. Very well priced and close to all the amenities you can need while travelling. The best part, its close to the central station which makes it very reasonable accomodation if you are travelling via train.」

When we reported that $200 CAD was missing from my bag in our room, the reception staff did not take the situation seriously or offer any meaningful assistance. 「Superbe emplacement, proche de tout, boulangerie, fromagerie, boucherie,…. Le seul désagrément était le bruit le soir : nous avons ouvert les fenêtres pour raffraîchir l’appartement mais nous entendions les vèhicules, les passants, le camion à vidange,…. Mais sinon tout était superbe et super communication avec les hôtes. Merci !」

「I had a great time here! The staff are SO friendly here, it was wonderful. If you have mobility issues, I would not book here. The stairs are very narrow and the walk from the road to the property is a bit far, and to check out you need to go to the hotel across the street. Huge shout out to the taxi driver, Joao,who was absolutely amazing!!! He was for friendly and made my day so much better by helping me go to the gondola and to the train station with a foot that is healing from a recent...
