「Clean room, helpful staff and we have a great stay there.」

「Very nice」

「Check in is at 3pm and no one was there. I waited until 3:40pm with two other couples before the manager/owner/clerk arrive to check us in. No explanation or apology of any kind was offered. The man spoke very little German or English which made it worse. He acted as though he was doing us a big favor just by being there.

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the moment we arrived until the 9th day we checked out. Our junior suite, adorned with red rose petals felt extra special for our anniversary. We especially loved the generous breakfast buffet and the option to order from the a la carte menu at no extra charge. Also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary sparkling wine and unlimited bottled water from their well and you if you like you can also drink water from the faucet. It was so nice...

「There was loud noises around 3 am, woke us up in the middle of the night. First we thought there was a tragedy of something and people shout meant to wake everyone up.」

「Good location with amazing restaurant!」

「Great staff and a beautiful view」

「I had a really pleasant stay here. The staff were wonderful, and everyone was so kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their warm smiles made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself is an older property, but it is very well maintained and clearly cared for. The facilities were also well equipped, and everything I needed was there for a comfortable stay. It was a lovely experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.」
