「The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful」

「Clean, inexpensive, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Some of the things inside were outdated but I just needed a basic room and didn't want to pay $200 for it.」

「No breakfast. Not even coffee.」

「Decent place to stay but no linens for the pull out bed.」

「We enjoyed our stay here and will put it on our list to stay again in the future. We had everything we needed. Communication was great the entire time. The water in the sinks for some reason was hotter than the shower water even when turned to full hot, so we stayed a little chilly in the shower the first night there. I asked Ginger the following morning if the water heater could be turned up and they took care of it right away. We had warm showers when we returned that night which was sooo...

「Location was perfect for what we needed. 10 mins from Rend Lake and a few minutes from downtown Benton. My only complaints if I had one would be that the Air conditioner was on the louder side when running and the beds were on the smaller size. But I wasn’t there to sleep and relax I was there for an archery event. But overall the place was perfect for what we needed. It was spacious, clean nice to stretch out instead of being in a hotel room. Would rent from again!!」

「All good」

「Cute little cabin! Looks and smells brand new, it was perfect for our little family. Just beware it is on the side of a busier road something to keep in mind with kids and/or dogs.」

「Clean nice little place to stay. 」
