「Check-in was quick and easy and the rooms, though somewhat dated, had been kept up well and were extremely clean. There is also an excellent restaurant on site that has one restaurant of the year award there in Elk county, Pennsylvania multiple times. All in all it is a very quaint establishment with lots of sports memorabilia from local teams and schools and is located right along Route 219 just south of the county seat, Ridgway. 「Absolutely beautiful mansion and the owners are great. The morning breakfast was wonderful. We'd definitely stay here again the next time that we're in the area.」

「Parking was very easy, staff friendly, nice stay!」

「Rooms are nice with a more vintage look. The bathrooms wall paper was peeling up where they met one another and they used clear packing tape to secure the seams which has now turned yellow. Rooms need some TLC to freshen them up. Outside of a few things I notice it was a nice place to stay.」

「I like that nobody was close. My dislikes were the toilet was dirty n ants were everywhere inside the cabin.I turned my back and there were ants all over my toast and the counter.Also they didn’t have a pool.」

「Couldn't have asked for a nicer cabin to spend a few days relaxing and taking in Pennsylvania's wildlife. This is the perfect spot for viewing Elk. The cabin is spotless and situated in the heart of Elk country. Dan was a wonderful host and we'll certainly stay with on his lovely property again.」

「Our second time here. Wonderful experience- perfect location with great views. One morning we saw several elk walking across the field from our front door. Love the cabin and the ease of communication with the host.」

「The linens need improvement they were of poor quality. The bathrooms tubs and showers could use updating and/or cleaning. The king bed and futon could be updated. adding hooks or bars to the bathroom walls would be helpful 」

「The cabin was easy to find and not too far from Benezette. The place was bigger than it looks. The host had everything ready for us. We had some trouble sleeping because the beds were firmer then we’re use to. And being as we are older we had trouble with the recliners getting out of them and pushing the foot part down. It would be nice if he had a soft comfy couch to crawl up in on a rainy day. The bathroom was very nice. Good shower pressure. The kitchen was stocked with cooking...
