「The staff is what makes an average Marriot stay great. From the doorman to the housekeepers all were friendly and very helpful. The facility has long distances between the hotel and amenities. The rooms are average and dark, including the bathroom. Tried the Italian restaurant and waited over an hour for the main course. I would not come back.」

「The room was great but I didn’t get to select the view. I would have preferred a higher floor for more of a water view. We only stayed for 3 nights. I would suggest staying for longer or picking another place. The restaurant options are limited to a beach bistro and a very nice (expensive) dinner restaurant. The room we were in had a kitchenette but without a car and for only 2 full days, it wasn’t worth it for us to bring in any food. The beach was nice. We didn’t go in the pool. 」

「We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. The first vacation in a while where nobody wanted to leave! There was an issue with a power outage one day, where the generator also failed, but that seemed to be an island problem, not a property one. We heartily recommend this place and...

「We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! 」

「The condo was beautiful. Clean, beautiful ocean view. The property was great- 3 pools and 2 restaurant/ bars which were excellent. As good or better than any others that we went to. Our host Chris was exceptional. She urged us to rent a car which really was a must due to the terrain and in order to visit the many beaches and other areas. She was also super helpful with ideas of places to visit and restaurants. 」

「年末に3泊予約をしました。チェックインしたところ、なぜか隣のリゾートホテルに回されました。同じグループとのことで、こちらは満室だからということでした。となりのリゾートホテルの設備も悪くはないと思うのですが、ガーデンビューといいながら、なんだか山の中にいるみたい、なんだかすっきりしませんでした。ビーチまでは徒歩15分、ビーチチェアもホテルに宿泊していないから、とのことで無料で借りることができませんでした。ビーチはきれいで、スノーケルもすぐ近くでできます。朝の散歩を楽しむ意味でも、そちらに泊まってホテルを評価してみたかったです。」

「The most lovely part of the stay was the hosts, just loving people. They made our stay feel like we had family in St. Thomas. That was nice. The unit is adorable, very clean with everything you need. It is a hideaway…driving up was a journey. lol Its beautiful, amazing views. 」

「its not full inclusive no vip room no café for expresso less everything no wet bar in room no room service we didn't have tissue in room I could keep going but the employees awesome the place awesome the bed awesome all inclusive NOT AWESOME」
