「Property was exactly as described in the photos they provided. Rooms have the basics, nothing fancy but were clean. Location was great for us in Roseau Valley as we needed to be in that area. Also very close to Roseau. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We got breakfast included which was a local fruit plate, coffee, fresh juice, toast and jam. They also do have eggs and bacon and pancakes available for an additional cost (which was tasty). 」

「Would definitely visit again. It looked beautiful. Prices are same as you would expect in US. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is good. We did not have the opportunity to walk the grounds due to me slipping and cutting my ankle. Beware of wet tile on patios. 」

「It is a cool place if you know what expect. The staff is very nice. The room only had a/c in the bedroom, and the ceiling fan didn't work in the living area. They did bring us a plug in fan. The restaurant and bar closes very early, so pepare. I do recommend the omelettes in the morning.」

「There was a mix-up about the room description, but the staff made it right. The restaurant bar staff were fun and attentive. Air-conditioning was truly a blessing! Balcony was a perfect view of the ocean and we got a bird's eye view of ocean wildlife coming ashore in the morning at breakfast. Room was clean and adapters were provided for electronic device usage and charging. I would definitely visit here again.」

「We stayed one night as it was close to the airport and we knew we’d be arriving in the dark. The hostess and her family were so lovely and welcoming. We arrived later than expected and though we had not reserved a dinner meal the hostess graciously made us some sandwiches. The breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again in a heart beat. This place is a gem.」

「Beautiful property. The host was friendly and accommodating. Great location for exploring some of the major sights in the area. A natural spring on site provided delicious drinking water. I had a family cabin with a kitchenette and washing machine. There were no screens in the doors/windows, but the beds had mosquito nets. I rented an AWD vehicle to get there. 「It’s not an hotel but a small apartment. For the category it was very good, clean, convenient, close to the airport. 」

「The address was not correct, it leads us to the hospital, I had to ask for directions. When the men arrived at the bottom of the stairs, they were sitting and never responded to the "hello", maybe because of my complexion, whatever, I didn't try to say hello again after that. The maids was nice and polite. 」
