「What impressed me most was the feet dim lights when going to the bathroom areas. The AC was very cold fridge worked very well The bed was clean and firm. You got robe slippers and chargers for phones. The food was amazing with heavy duty silverware different not like the regular plain silverware. 「The facilities were ok but the room that we stayed in had no ceiling covering the zinc roof which made sleeping during the nightly torrential rains extremely loud. The areas was relaxing and natural. 」

「I liked the room, the location of the hotel. I liked that the owner brought us tea upon our arrival at the hotel. The facility was clean, spacious and it felt like home away from home. The owner's daughter Shauna, helped me tremendously as I unfortunately had a fall outside of the hotel and Shauna assisted me greatly with ice packs, special pain gel for my knee and also allowed me to have a lower level accommodation as it was difficult for me to manage the steps. 「Anchorage Hotel is a great place to stay, close to Roseau. We ate breakfast next door at Ocean Edge restaurant, and we bought a few groceries at Green's Supermarket up the road as you go toward Wallhouse community. Our room had an electric tea kettle and coffee supplies and a small frig. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated having parking just off the street for our rental car.」

It's walkable to many shops and restaurants and right on a main street so I enjoyed the noise and vibrancy from the 2nd floor deck.
