「There was nothing really bad about out stay here. The staff was friendly (both the at check in and at breakfast). There were minor inconveniences that could have added more to the stay. The cable did not have a guide to what was on (having a 10-year-old flip through the channels was a bit annoying). There was only one elevator and no stairs that could have been utilized to walk the one flight up or down to the lobby. There were also maintenance issues that could have made the hotel look...

「We had a great stay at Tru. Very close to Hersheypark, so the location is convenient. The room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and I wasn’t expecting the room to be cleaned after the first night, but it was, which was awesome. What really stood out though was the staff. From check-in to housekeeping to just passing staff in the hallway, everyone was incredibly professional and friendly.
